Have you ever heard the old saying

"You are what you eat"? 

 Have you ever considered that

 to mean spiritual food as well?

Have you ever considered that you put

out for the world, what you take in?

Be careful what you eat, naturally

and spirtualy speaking. 

It Becomes who and what you are.

Seek and Pursue

 

When you want something,

ANYTHING, You can  not

achieve that desire until you

pursue it. If you simply sit

and wait until things come to you.

You will be waiting a very long time.

Seek and pursue what you desire.

Pray and let your desires and needs

be known. The same holds true

when you want to get away from

something. You must always be willing

to take that first step. So leave the bad or

the useless behind; Walk toward the good.

Always seek things that lead to peace;

And Love your self , for when you do,

others will love you also.

On Tending To Your Own

 

Sometimes it is easier to see

something if it is going on in

someone else's life rather than

in our own. I don't know if that

means we don't pay enough attention

to our owns lives or if it means

we pay too  much to the lives of others.

Perhaps both are true.

Ever heard the old saying

"Blood is thicker than water"

Sometimes when you have

someone you love and are close to,

be they friend,spouse, co-worker or

someone you talk to daily on

the phone or the internet;

when you need someone to lean on

it is then water seems thicker than blood.

One of the hardest things

in the world to do is to FORGIVE.

We, as humans have the natural

instinct to defend and fight for

what we know is right.

But when it comes to forgiveness,

oftentimes, the person who benefits

the most from the forgiveness is the

person doing the forgiving.

 

Luke 6:27

But I say into you which hear,

Love your enemies,

do good to them which hate you.

Just Get Away From It

Just Get Away From It

When you see bad things

happening all around you,

And you can clearly see

there is no way to change it,

Remove yourself from the

situation, whether it be a

job, a friendship, a chat room,

perhaps even a marriage.

Then go sit quietly in a

safe place and pray.

How To Have Peace

Sometimes it seems like

the whole world comes

crashing down on our heads.

When it seems everything

is going wrong,  The best

way to handle it is to step back,

and a take a good look at the

situations. Take a little time

to think before you react.

Unless it is a life or death

situation, thinking things

through can help you make

wiser decisions.

But the meek shall inherit

themselves in the abundance

The Virtue of Patience

When it comes to trying times,

It seems our patience wears thin quickly.

But it is in these times we must

put on our game faces and

practice the art of Patience to a new degree.

It is then we must acquire a newfound

Patience. One that goes against

all of our instincts, to defend and honor.

Sometimes waiting builds character.

Sometimes it is best to wait and see.

Sometimes Patience is all we need.

Wait on the Lord:

Be of good courage,

and he shall strengthen
